Turkey & Zucchini Keto Chili
Ingredients:
1 lb ground turkey
2 medium zucchinis, diced
1 can (14 oz) crushed tomatoes
1 cup chicken broth
1 small onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp chili powder
1 tsp paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Brown ground turkey in a pot. Drain fat.
Add onion and garlic; sauté until fragrant.
Stir in zucchini, crushed tomatoes, chicken broth, chili powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Cook for 20-25 minutes until zucchini is tender.
You can either add the zucchini directly into the dish or place it on top as a garnish.
