Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes
1 cup beef broth
1 small onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp chili powder
1 tsp cumin
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
In a pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
Add onions, bell pepper, and garlic; sauté until softened.
Stir in diced tomatoes, beef broth, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
Simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
