Beef & Mushroom Keto Chili
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1 cup mushrooms, chopped
1 can (14 oz) crushed tomatoes
1 cup beef broth
1 small onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp chili powder
1 tsp thyme
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Brown ground beef in a pot; drain fat.
Add onions, garlic, and mushrooms; sauté until mushrooms are soft.
Stir in crushed tomatoes, beef broth, chili powder, thyme, salt, and pepper.
Simmer for 30-35 minutes.
