Spicy Sausage Keto Chili
Ingredients:
1 lb spicy Italian sausage
1 can (15 oz) kidney beans, drained and rinsed
1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes
1 cup beef broth
1 small onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 tbsp chili powder
1 tsp oregano
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Cook the sausage in a pot until browned. Drain excess fat.
Add onion and bell pepper; sauté until soft.
Stir in kidney beans, diced tomatoes, beef broth, chili powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
Simmer for 30 minutes.
